Travel time: I am located in Chilliwack so anything beyond that I will have to charge a travel fee. 25 cents per km. Roundtrip.

I have all my own supplies tent/chair/table.
I only need a space to set up with fresh water.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY FACE TO BE PAINTED:

Most of my work you see on this blog it takes me 5 minutes. This is for someone who a) sits still b) does not talk :o)
More detailed work I list how long it took for the work to be done.
Some things like 'butterflies' I can just keep going on forever and make them more and more detailed but sometimes less is more.

WHO DO YOU PAINT?:
I will paint anybody over the age of 3 and in good health condition

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE
Yes I am insured. This is partly why the 'over 3' rule applies
My makeup has been tested on 3 years of age and up. I am sure under three would not be a problem but unfortunately I have to go by the regulations set by the makeup standards

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK
Its never too early. Call and book your date to make sure it is saved for you. Rather than a disapointment to find the day spoken for.

HOW LONG WILL YOU STAY
Ideally 3 hours is a comfort level. Depending on the event I can do four but never more than 5 hours. When I paint I do not eat, drink or take breaks. Although painting does seem simple to hold a paint brush... It is very hard on your body. After 3/4 hours your neck and shoulder muscles start to ache.

DO YOU COME IN AN OUTFIT?
No, I come as I am. I dress professionally but I do not dress in an entertainers outfit. I prefer to wear black as it is a color that can hide all the makeup. I consider myself an artist not an entertainer.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR YOU
Events: all I need is a 10x10 space
I bring all my own equipment
tent, table chair and my supplies
I do need a place to get fresh water
and if the event requires me to bring my equipment over stairs or a distance from my vehicle, help to bring it would be appreciated. I am not a very big person and the tent and my makeup case is very heavy.
Birthday parties: all I need is water :o)

WHY DO YOU FACEPAINT
Face painting is a hobby for me.
I love to paint, and it goes very well with my toy store.
The little faces that light up once they see what I have transformed them into makes me happy!
Bodypainting, I do this as a hobby as well but I love the artistic challenge it brings. It is never the same and the designs that you can create is amazing.
